Community Services Programs

In-Home Crisis Intervention

In-Home Crisis Intervention Services are designed to be utilized for youth and families who need access to emergency services without the youth being placed out of the home. The services include a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of the youth and family, and the completion of any additional assessments needed to better serve the youth, and 12-16 weeks of intensive home based therapeutic intervention performed by an In-Home Therapist and Case Manager. Services are initiated within 24 hours of receiving a referral, provided this meets the families needs, and staff are accessible to the family 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Services are provided in Fayette and surrounding counties and referrals are accepted from Department of Community Based Services, and Department of Juvenile Justice.
