Mary Kendall's Annual Day Auction is May 17, 2008

Each year we celebrate the generosity of our donors and the blessings of the Home by holding this on-campus event. This event is held by the Friends of the Children Board to raise funds for the residents. This helps to pay for special activities, like sports equipment, Christmas Gifts, Summer Trips, and other fun stuff!

Everyone is invited to join us! We serve a wonderful lunch!

Registration begins at 8:00am CST
Program begins at 9:30am CST

Live Auction begins at 10:15am CST

Bake Sale, Silent Auction, &
     Country Store 8:00am til 1:00pm

This auction includes items such as piano, furniture, handmade quilts, tools, lawn and garden items, framed mirrors, gift certificates and baskets from area merchants, autographed sports items, specialty bird houses, a hand-crafted "Army Armstrong" doll house, and the famous Martha Mattingly Baker's Bragging Trophy Cake auction plus more items.

We continue to solicit donations for Annual Day.

Our residents will be providing tours and decorate their rooms for our visitors!

In addition, we will have special activites for children ages 5 to 18 while parents attend the auction!


The auction is held indoors in an airconditioned gymnasium.


Several hundred people attend


Rev. Dan Smith and his wife will be selling their Kittawa Sprangs Dippin Sauce, where proceeds benefit the children.
